Returns Eligibility

1.0 Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Not all items are eligible for returns.

1.2 Return Requirements for Eligible Items

1.3 Clothing Items, Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and Formal Attire:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with original tags attached and hygiene stickers intact (if applicable).

1.4 Human Hair Wigs:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with original tags attached. Specifically, items will be inspected for evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alterations or damage.

1.5 Shoes, Bags & Luggage:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition, with original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., shoe buckles, shoelaces, and dust bags). Shoes must have been tried on only on a soft, clean surface.

1.6 Furniture:

Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts).

1.7 Electronics:

Items such as cell phones, laptops, tablets, projectors, 3D printers, earphones, smart watches, gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation, Switch), and other electronics must be returned in new, unused, inactivated condition, in their original packaging. Note: Please erase any personal information from electronics before returning them.

1.8 All Other Categories:

Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2.0 Non-Returnable Items

2.1 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any items noted as non-returnable on the product page.

2.2 Free gifts and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, order cancellations for customized items are not supported.

3.0 Quality Check for Returns

3.1 Upon arrival at our warehouse, returned items undergo inspection and/or testing to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria listed above. Items that pass this quality check will receive a refund. If an item does not meet the criteria, we will reject the return and withhold issuing a refund or credit.

If a return is rejected, the item will be returned to the original shipping address specified in the order, and a return shipping fee of $7.99 will be offered to send the item back the owner, if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust this fee.

3.2 In certain cases, we may choose, at our discretion, to offer a refund for a rejected return instead of returning the item to you.

3.3 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Roo Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

4.0 Return Shipping Fee

4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.2 Any refunds issued will be for the item amount minus any taxes, fees (including shipping), or other associated costs.

For example, if an item sold for $10 plus $4.90 in shipping fees and an estimated $1.20 in payment processing fees, the total purchase price would be $16.10. The refund amount would then be calculated as $10.00 after deducting the $4.90 shipping fee and $1.20 payment processing fee.
